anybody can participate provided you are not 35 years old yet!
Our weight loss challenge gives you the opportunity to win money while you lose weight. Over a maximum period of twelve weeks you compete against others in the challenge. Four people will win prizes - most of them based on the highest percentage of weight lost.It will cost you R195 to participate. There are 'fun' penalties as well (weight gain in a week, no show from second "offence" onwards) - the pool of the penalties will go to the person who lost the most centimeters over the period.
We have a marathon runner there.
We will be visited by a person who lost 50 kg over a six month period.Your Plattekloof, Cape Town meeting is Monday afternoon at 7.30 pm at 15 Tecoma Crescent. Turn up into Olienhout Rd from Plattekloof Road (almost as if you are going to De Kelder or Spar).
First right into Keurboom - 3rd right into Tecoma - no 15 is behind number 13.
